The vision of Vintage Homes of Ohio, is to acquire and renovate single and multi-family properties to provide safe and affordable housing, through the integration of various technologies and methods.
The founders of Vintage Homes of Ohio formed the company in 2009 to create affordable housing and transform distressed single and multi-family housing in the Southwest Ohio market.
Our mission statement: Vintage Homes of Ohio, LTD, will create a winning housing investment business by:
- Acquiring the ownership rights to single and multiple family homes that are in foreclosure or disrepair and rehabbing to use as rental properties
- Utilize the internet as well as traditional methods to network and work with other firms, non-profits and government agencies
